Why work with me?
In our culture, we're rarely taught to meet and work with moments of change. Yet they still come for us, often leaving us uncertain of how to hold the people we are, those we want to become, and all that is unfolding around and within us along the way.
I've been a fully trained coach and therapist for over a decade now, walking beside people across the world as they move through the moments that change everything.
That foundation sits alongside all I've learned and worked with in years of walking with Spirit and those who grieve them. The two together mean I understand thresholds as someone who has walked on either side of them — over and over again, through the good, the challenging and everything that lies between.
That enables me to offer a grounded and compassionate presence that is intuitive enough to sense what you actually need... even if you can't yet name it yourself.
