I am a Coach, Author, Editor and Guide with over twenty years of professional experience working at the intersection of Psychology, Spirituality, Communications and Transformational practice.

I hold an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, a Diploma in Life Coaching, a Foundation Degree in Counselling and a BA in Public Relations.

I am the published author of two books, The Divine Feminist and the Teen Spirit Guide to Working With Mediumship, and co-author of four further titles. I have worked with clients across the world for over a decade.

Though I've worked and walked with the Unseen my whole life, this wasn't always my work.

Before stepping fully onto this path, I spent over 15 years in corporate communications, helping organisations tell their stories and move through their own reinventions.

Throughout it all, I was fascinated by the stories I had to tell; the tales and choices that had brought people to the current moment, and the mythology built around entire companies that had once been someone's dream.

But alongside my days in boardrooms and offices, something else was happening. After years of spiritual development courses and consistent learning about the Soulful knowings that had called to me since childhood, I'd begun offering readings and leading my own spell circles and development programmes.

Every threshold I've crossed has taken me deeper into the same truth:

That we are all wiser and more powerful than we've ever been told.

And remembering that doesn't just benefit us individually. Because when we learn to speak from our own wisdom, to live through our own power, we shift things collectively too.
