Over five weeks together, we will gather on Zoom to share in a potent journey of awareness, recovery and reclamation.
Patterns: The Power of Repetition
There are threads which weave across multiple lifetimes.
In this first week together we not only look at the concept of multiple lifetimes, but will also lean into the loops; those repeating patterns that point towards stories still living beneath the surface of our current life.
Through a guided inquiry of your own subconscious library, and a deep Soul-mapping questionnaire we'll begin our journey to untangle, understand and re-weave your Soul's stories.
Pain: The Echoes in the Body
Where do your scars, aches and pains offer the whispers of other lives?
This week we will consider the ways in which our bodies resonate with the echoes of lives lived elsewhere.
Together we'll journey with the imprints on your physical and energetic body that didn't begin in this lifetime. We'll invite your body to act as an oracle, your fears to work as our messengers, and together look to take back the narrative over all our Souls have to offer.
Partnerships: The call of your Soul Lineage
From family to lovers, teachers to challengers and more; throughout time and space you've travelled with others, meeting again with different names and difference guises. This week we will explore those bonds.
Working with your intuition and the power of your dreams, this week we will investigate that timeless web of inter-personal (and inter-species!) connections that call you all the way back to your space.
Weaving in ritual, we'll talk Soul contracts, Guides, and pause to call in the partnerships most deeply aligned with your Soul and its current story.
Purpose: The Soul's North Star
None of your lives were lived by accident — and certainly not this one.
Far from being a "one and done", each journey our Souls take back to Earth is part of a greater adventure; that of your Soul's purpose.
Working with clues from astrology and featuring a journey to connect with the Akashic Field, this week's workshop invites you to connect with your own sacred tasks in this lifetime, and the ways that your other lives have prepared you for that.
Power: The keys that you hold
You have been powerful before.
And no matter what the world has tried to tell you, the truth is that you will be again. You already are.
Bringing together all of the insights and approaches we've worked with previously, in this final week together we'll cross thresholds of time and space to re-visit and reclaim the gifts and power you hold in other lives.
And through guided visualisation, energetic activation and ritual anchoring, we'll work to call home that power, and awaken the ancient fullness of it in every facet of this life.

Introducing Your Guide
The first time I began exploring my other lifetimes, I was eight years old.
Seriously. On a family holiday I'd read all of my own books so picked up my Dad's copy of The Children That Time Forgot, and a lifetime fascination was born.
In the many years since I've taken part in countless meditations, regressions, healing sessions and more to connect with other lifetimes of my own — and to support clients in doing the same.
In my experience, those journeys are amongst the most insightful and empowering we can take, and to this day I still get just as excited when I catch a glimpse of another new lifetime.
Unlocking Your Soul's Stories combines a lifetime of both passion for and studies into this topic with almost two decades of professional experience in teaching about and offering insight into our Souls' other lifetimes and over ten years of practice as a Soul-focussed Counselling Therapist.
And though I've taught about the subject of past, future and parallel lifetimes before, this particular course will go deeper than ever, covering the full spectrum of insights, approaches and more that I've gained throughout that journey.
